  • • ½ cup of instant oatmeal
  • • 1 to 2 cups of distilled water, depending on the consistency you like.
  • • 20 raisins
  • • 1 tablespoon of 100% real maple syrup (no sugar added)

No not earth worms, oatmeal! This is a great breakfast starter or midday snack. Oatmeal is great for your digestive system. It is a complex carbohydrate that gives you energy for hours!

TO PREPARE

Boil the water. Add raisins. This is the secret. The raisins get moist and hot and swell. Tasty! Then add oatmeal, cook 2 to 5 minutes, until smooth and everything is mixed well. Pour into a bowl or use a plate for a challenge. Top with maple syrup and enjoy!
